(SZSE:002512) agreed to acquire JPIB Insurance Brokers Co, Ltd from Tianjin Wutong Marketing Planning Co, Ltd, Tianjin Quanxin Sports Culture Communication Co., Ltd, Guocai Enterprise Risk Management Advisory (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Zhu Tong for CNY 65 million on January 19, 2017. As part of the consideration, CNY 50 million will be to pay JPIB Insurance Brokers Co, Ltd.’s debt, and CNY 15 million for the share transfer.
