Qingdao Hengnuo Shijia Supply Chain Chain Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Qingdao Rongjia Security Printing Co., Ltd. from Tatwah Smartech Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002512) for CNY 130 million on August 19, 2022. Qingdao Hengnuo Shijia Supply Chain Chain Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Qingdao Rongjia Security Printing Co., Ltd. from Tatwah Smartech Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002512) for CNY 130 million recently. Qingdao Hengnuo Shijia will pay CNY 78 million as the first installment within one month of formal agreement and CNY 52 million as the second and final instalment before November 30, 2022. The total amount also include assumption of CNY 29 million Qingdao Rongjia's debt. As on June 30, 2022, Qingdao Rongjia Security Printing had total assets of CNY 95.9 million and net assets of CNY 50.74 million.
