TasFoods Ltd. announced that Ms. Shona Croucher has decided to step down as Company Secretary. Mr. Joshua Fletcher has been appointed Company Secretary and will consult to the business before formally commencing 3 April 2023. Ms. Croucher will continue in her role until 17 March 2023 and will work with Mr. Fletcher to ensure a smooth transition over the coming months.

Shona has been an integral part of the TasFoods transformation over the past year strengthening the business systems and processes to enable the business to pursue its growth ambitions. Shona was instrumental in implementing the new capital management framework and also led the rollout and integration of the new ERP system currently underway. Additionally, Shona has been invaluable support to the Board, CEO and the broader TasFoods business and in particular she provided the Board outstanding guidance during capital raise in 2022.

Josh is a Tasmanian and is an experienced finance professional, with over 10 years' experience working in Agriculture and Dairy farming and manufacturing business' in Tasmania and Victoria. Josh has held Financial Controller, Head of Finance, Commercial Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary roles which makes him extremely qualified to take on this role. Josh's most recent finance role was Finance Director of Maeil Australia Pty Ltd, based in Victoria.

Josh has held senior finance roles with Organic Dairy Farmers of Australia, Murray Goulburn Co-operative and Tasmanian Dairy Products Co. Limited. Josh has broad finance and governance experience, gained over his career in the dairy industry from farmgate to manufacturing and commercial operation.

He was the Finance Director at Maeil Australia (Maeil Dairies Co) and was responsible for all finance and governance related matters. He was also hands on with the implementation of the ERP system for the company. Josh is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).

In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting (University of Tasmania). He has previously been a member of the CA ANZ Regional and Rural Advisory Committee.
