Tama Home Co., Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the Six Months Ended November 30, 2020. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 98,634 Million compared to JPY 99,263 Million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 4,237 Million compared to JPY 4,113 Million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 3,147 Million compared to JPY 2,509 Million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 106.85 compared to JPY 84.50 a year ago.
Tama Home Co., Ltd. Is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in residential business, real estate business, financial business and energy business. The Company operates in four business segment. The Residential business segment is engaged in the contract construction and renovation of detached house and apartment house. The Real Estate business segment is engaged in development of detached house, development and sales of condominiums, sublease of rental building, as well as real estate brokerage. The Financial business segment is engaged in insurance agency business of fire insurance and life insurance and bridge loan for home purchaser. The Energy business segment is engaged in the operation and management of mega solar power generation facilities.
