Talaad Thai Leasehold Property Fund reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was THB 142.52 million compared to THB 144.02 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 143.67 million compared to THB 145.77 million a year ago. Net income was THB 58.45 million compared to THB 63.88 million a year ago.
For the six months, sales was THB 290.02 million compared to THB 295.35 million a year ago. Revenue was THB 292.97 million compared to THB 299.77 million a year ago. Net income was THB 123.7 million compared to THB 137.61 million a year ago.
Talaad Thai Leasehold Property Fund (the Fund) is a Thailand-based closed-end property fund. The Fundâs objective is to seek funds from general investors, using the proceeds of the sale of investment units to purchase and/or rent and provide benefits from those properties including to improve, alter, develop and/or dispose other assets in which the Fund invests or possesses whatsoever lease, sub-lease and/or sale or other process for the benefit of the property in order to create the revenue and return to the Fund and the unitholders. The Fund invests in some parts of leasehold properties in the Talaad Thai wholesale market. The Fund is managed by Krung Thai Asset Management Public Company Limited (the Management Company). Citibank, N.A. serves as the trustee of the Fund. Thai Agro Exchange Company Limited acts as the property manager.
