Taiflex Scientific Co., Ltd. announced that Cash dividend of TWD 522,799,230 (TWD 2.5 per share). Ex-rights (ex-dividend) trading date is August 13, 2021. Last date before book closure is August 16, 2021. Ex-rights (ex-dividend) record date is August 21, 2021. The cash dividend payment date is September 3, 2021.
Taiflex Scientific Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of flexible copper clad laminates (FCCLs), cover layers (CLs) and back sheets of photovoltaic (PV). Its CLs are applied in the protection of copper clad circuit boards from oxidation. Its FCCLs are applied in notebook computers, mobile phones, calculators, digital versatile disk (DVD) players, integrated circuit (IC) substrates and liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors. Its solar module back sheets are principally applied in the protection of solar cell modules. The Company distributes its products primarily in Taiwan and Mainland China.
