Ta Jiang Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 23.66 million compared to TWD 0.114 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 47.67 million compared to TWD 2.4 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.4563 compared to TWD 0.0194 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 149.73 million compared to TWD 16.17 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 11.86 million compared to net income of TWD 4.35 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.1165 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.0388 a year ago.
TA JIANG CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the construction of commercial and residential buildings. The Company operates businesses through two segments. The Textile segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of blended yarns and special yarns, such as elastic yarns. Its products are applied in the manufacture of casual wear, sportswear and other textile products. The Construction segment is engaged in the construction of commercial buildings and residential buildings, including housings, shops, suites and parking lots, among others. The Company mainly operates businesses in Taiwan.
