Sysma Holdings Limited announced that Ho Boon Chuan Wilson has resigned his position as Director of the Company due to other personal commitments. He shall relinquish his position as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee as well as a member of Audit Committee and Nominating Committee with effect from the same date.
