Sidcot Group Ltd signed an agreement to acquire tissue plant in Chesterfield from Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA (publ) (OM:SCA B) on January 26, 2017. Christopher Dunn, Katie Porter, Richard Clitherow, Chris Clarke, Stephen Maynard, Fran Read, Richard Cowan, Dean Copley, Jonathan Moakes and Peter Budd of HBJ Gateley Wareing LLP acted as legal advisor to Sidcot Group Limited
