SVAS GROWTH TREND ACCELERATES

DOUBLE DIGIT GROWTH IN CONSOLIDATED REVENUES

TO €43.8 MILLION (+13.6% YoY)

BORMIA GROUP REVENUES TO €6.5 MILLION

Somma Vesuviana (Naples) 5 August 2022 - The Board of Directors of Svas Biosana S.p.A., a leading player in the production and distribution of medical devices for public and private healthcare facilities, and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, met today to examine the consolidated revenues for the first half of 2022 (unaudited), which amount to €43.8 million, up by 13.6% on the same period of the previous year (approximately €38.6 million), with double digit growth in almost all the business lines in which the group operates.

The results of the individual business units may be summarised as follows:

These figures do not include the pro forma revenues of the Bormia Group, a leader in the supply of medical devices in the Balkans, which was acquired on 23 June 2022. In the first half of 2022, its revenues amounted to approximately €6.5 million.

According to Umberto Perillo, CEO of Svas Biosana S.p.A.: "We are fully satisfied with the revenues achieved in the first half of the year, which rose by 14% at consolidated level and recorded double-digitgrowth in almost all business units, confirming the group's strength and its clear strategic vision in a still highly volatile economic backdrop".
