Ampsolar Ventures Private Limited and an unknown buyer completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Rudra Solarfarms Limited from Suzlon Energy Limited.

Ampsolar Ventures Private Limited and an unknown buyer entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 51% stake in Rudra Solarfarms Limited from Suzlon Energy Limited (NSEI:SUZLON) for approximately INR 140 million on August 29, 2017. Upon completion, Rudra Solarfarms Limited will cease to be a subsidiary of Suzlon Energy Limited.
