Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002426) signed Equity Transfer Agreement to acquire remaining 60% stake in Suzhou Zhongsheng Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from Feng Ju, Zhu Weijun and Liu Hongyu for approximately CNY 120 million on March 12, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture will acquire 21.82% from Zhu Weijun, 12.73% from Liu Hongyu and 25.45% from Feng Ju. Suzhou Victory Precision Manufacture's board approved the transaction. On March 30, 2021, obtained the business license issued by Suzhou High-tech Zone (Huqiu District) Administrative Approval Bureau.
