RE	Notification of the 11th dividend payment, the 2nd capital return payment and the book closing date
	of Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF)

BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd., the Management Company of Super Energy Power Plant Infrastructure Fund (SUPEREIF) (the "Fund"), would like to announce the schedule of the 11th dividend payment, the 2nd capital return payment and the book closing date for determining the right to receive dividends and capital returns as follows:

1. To pay the 11th dividend, from the Fund's operational performance during 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 and retained earnings, at the rate of Baht 0.09094 per unit.
2. To pay the 2nd capital return, from the Fund's operational performance during 1 April 2022 to 30 June 2022 (since the Fund had remaining liquidity in the said performance period from non-cash expense items), at the rate of Baht 0.140 per unit, by decreasing its par value from Baht 9.960 per unit to Baht 9.820 per unit.
3. The book closing date for this dividend payment and capital return payment will be on 29 August 2022. Payment date for dividends and capital returns will be on 13 September 2022.
