All outstanding shares of the Company's Series D Preferred Stock (CUSIP 867892507) were redeemed on April 6, 2016 at a redemption price of $25.00 per share plus accrued dividends of $0.027778 per share. Shareholders of record as of March 31, 2016 received the first quarter dividend on April 15, 2016.
