MKB Development acquired 19,675.94 square meters land and building in Bucheon City from Suheung Capsule Co. Ltd. (KOSE:A008490) for KRW 45.8 billion on December 18, 2012. The consideration will be paid after December 20, 2013. The deal is resolved by Board of Directors of Suheung Capsule Co. Ltd. on December 18, 2012. The proceeds from sale will be used for the asset acquisition and sales for the repayment of loan and operational funds.
