StreamWIDE reported earnings results for the year 2013. For the year, the company reported total revenues of 10.800 million compared to 14.562 million a year ago. Operating profit was 0.187 million compared to 2.252 million a year ago.
Net loss was 0.440 million compared to net profit of 1.337 million a year ago. Operating profit before amortization was 3.2 million, giving a stable margin of 29.6% compared to 30.1% in 2012. Operating profit before amortization was 1.8 million up 0.8 million on the first half of 2012.
The group's annual revenue fell by 3.8 million, following a very difficult sectorial economic situation in 2013 (with operators favoring investments in networks to investments in services) and a negative base effect regarding License sales (major sale for a South American client in 2012) and third-party sales (+153% en 2012). Core operating profit came to 0.2 million, down 2.1 million on the previous year. This decrease can essentially be explained by the impact on the group's fixed cost structure of the net change in revenue, excluding third-party sales because, by their very nature, the latter have lower margins and contribute less to the group's results.
