Storebrand ASA Approves Election of Board Member and Nomination Committee Members

Storebrand ASA approved the election of Jarle Roth as Board Member. Nils Bastiansen, Anders Gaarud, Liv Monica Stubholt and Lars Jansen Viste are elected as members of the Nomination Committee, all for a term of one (1) year. Nils Bastiansen is elected as Chairman of the Nomination Committee for a term of one (1) year.
