Stellus Capital Investment Corporation announced that it will change its dividend payment schedule from quarterly to monthly beginning with the month ended January 31, 2021. Additionally, the company announced that its Board of Directors has declared a monthly dividend of $0.0833 per share for each of the months of January, February and March which, in the aggregate, is $0.25 per share for the first quarter. The dividend is payable on February 16, 2021, March 15, 2021 and April 15, 2021 with record date of January 29, 2021, February 26, 2021 and March 31, 2021 and ex-dividend date of January 28, 2021, February 25, 2021 and March 30, 2021 respectively.
