Kevin Eborall Resigns as Member of the Audit Committee, Member of the Social and Ethics Committee of Stefanutti Stocks Holdings Limited

Stefanutti Stocks Holdings Limited announced that in line with the King III recommendations, board Chairman Kevin Eborall, has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee, but will remain as an invitee. As part of the further restructuring of the company's committees, Mr. Eborall has also resigned as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.
