Steelcast Limited Announces Change in Designation of Rushil C. Tamboli from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director

Steelcast Limited announced that Mr. Rushil C. Tamboli has resigned from post of Whole Time Director due to his other pre-occupations effective from the close of March 31, 2022. However, he is appointed as Non-executive Non-Independent Director of the company effective from April 01, 2022.
