Blackstream Energy Corporation ("Company" or "Blackstream") announces that the lawsuit announced on November 18th 2011 has been settled. The payment of $25,000.02 will be paid back to Blackstream.

Stealth Energy USA, Inc., the subsidiary of the Company, has also settled the lawsuit announced on January 4th of 2013. A payment of $20,000 has already been paid back to Stealth Energy USA, Inc.
