Sprout Tiny Homes, Inc. announced that it will commence land development on North Vista Highlands, a multi-phase large scale Zero Energy Ready home development in Pueblo, Colorado. Earlier this year, Sprout acquired the 54-acre parcel and obtained permitting and site plan approval for Phase 1A consisting of 162 lots to begin the massive Zero Energy Ready housing development. Sprout anticipates land development to begin at the closing of funding later this week. North Vista Highlands consists of 1,060 acres and is approved for up to 4,850 residential units and 1,225,000 sq. ft. of retail /commercial space. Sprout has contracted with K.R. Swerdfeger to construct the horizontal site development for North Vista Highlands. K.R. Swerdfeger, a second generation heavy civil contractor has been in the construction industry for over 50 years.
