Marcelo Aprile Perrone entered into a sale agreement to acquire 64.55% stake in Plastwal Latino Americana Indústria E Comércio Ltda. from Springer S/A (BOVESPA:SPRI5) for BRL 0.2 million on April 13, 2015. Springer will sell 38.5 million shares and will receive consideration in 60 days, after the fulfillment of all the legal requirements.
