Oslo, 17 October 2022: Canopy Holdings AS (“Canopy Holdings” or the “Company”) (OSE: CAN) has appointed James Price as Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) of Canopy Holdings. Mr. Price comes from the position as CFO of Spotlio (a Canopy Holdings company) and will assume his new role with immediate effect.

James has gained an in-depth experience of the business and industry over the last two years at Spotlio as well as extensive M&A experience and will bring his vast financial capacity to Canopy Holdings,“ says Christian Erlandson, Group CEO of Canopy Holdings.

James Price comes from the role of CFO of Spotlio, a position he has held since 2021 and has previously worked as a Senior Business Controller at Adevinta, as a senior FP&A Analyst at Alliance Laundry Systems and as a senior auditor at PwC. Price holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the Barcelona School of Management.

James Price succeeds Ivar Blekastad, who will remain with the Company until November to ensure a smooth hand-over and transition. “We thank Ivar Blekastad for his dedication and contribution to Canopy Holdings over the last years and wish him every success with his future endeavours,” said Christian Erlandson.
