SPCG Public Company Limited announced at its board meeting held on February 22, 2019, the board has approved the appointment of two additional directors of the nomination, remuneration and corporate governance committee were Dr. Art-ong Jumsai Na Ayudhya and Mr. Apichat Limsethanuwat.
