Clean Max Ananta Private Limited announced that it expects to receive INR 37.5708 million in funding from Somany Ceramics Limited

Clean Max Ananta Private Limited announced that it has entered into agreement to issue 31,440 shares at a face value of INR 10 each at a price INR 1,195 per share for gross proceeds of INR 37,570,800 on March 28, 2024. The company issue shares at a premium of INR 1,185 per equity share. The transaction includes participation from returning investor Somany Ceramics Limited for 49% stake in the company.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The company will provide funding in tranches.
