By the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 9/2021 of Solartron Public Company
Limited (the "Company") held on Monday, November 15th, 2021 at 07.00 p.m., the
important resolutions of the Meeting are as follows:
I. Approved the appointment of Mr.Pupaa Taechanarong as a new director in
replacement of Mr.Dusit Kruangam, the director who resigned the position which
has been effective since Tuseday, 12nd October 2021. By appointing a new
director, it is considered to be effective from 23rd November 2021. The newly
appointed director shall have the term only as the remaining term of his
replacement director.
II. Changed the Company's authorized signatory, the details as follows:
From: Mrs.Patama Wongtoythong and Mr.Waiwit Udaychalerm, These two can sign
to bind the Company together with the Company's seal affixed.
To be Mrs.Patama Wongtoythong, Mr.Waiwit Udaychalerm, and Mr.Pupaa
Taechanarong. These two out of three directors can sign to bind the Company
together with the Company's seal affixed.
Please be informed accordingly.
