  o of the advance on the dividend for 2019: 22 January 2020 (record date 21 January 2020) with coupon payment date 20 January 2020;
  o of the balance on the dividend for 2019: 24 June 2020 (record date 23 June 2020) with coupon payment date 22 June 2020.
• Road show to present the company's objectives as established in the 2020-2024 Strategic Plan to institutional investors and financial analysts: as from November 2020.

Any amendment to the above calendar will be notified to the market in due time.
