Skanska AB (publ) invests EUR 20 Million, about SEK 200 Million, in the second phase of Port7, a mixed-use project in Prague, Czech Republic. The second phase consists of two office buildings with a total leasable area of around 7,900 square meters. The second phase of the project consists of two office buildings, one with 5 above ground floors, the other one with 6 above ground floors with 2 underground parking levels. The investment includes above ground levels of the two buildings. The full Port7 complex will offer about 35,000 square meters of A-class office and retail premises in three buildings located in Prague 7 - Hole?ovice. Retail stores, restaurants, caf?s and fitness centers will be located on the ground floor of the buildings. The project includes a large public space for relaxation, walks and meetings. All sorts of sport enthusiasts will also appreciate the newly redeveloped Hole?ovice riverfront, where they will be able to enjoy running, cycling or kayaking. Port7 is expected to receive both LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications. Comfort and microbiological safety in Port7 will be guaranteed by Skanska's Care for Life Office Concept and sealed by WELL Health & Safety Rating.
