Niam AB completed the acquisition of Klara Strand (Blekholmen 1) in Stockholm from Skanska AB (OM:SKA B).

Niam AB agreed to acquire Klara Strand (Blekholmen 1) in Stockholm from Skanska AB (publ) (OM:SKA B) for SEK 1.1 billion on December 21, 2012. The deal is expected during first quarter of 2013.
