Deka-Immobilienmetropolen Fund (DB:D3KB) managed by Deka Immobilien Investment GMBH agreed to acquire Parkview office building located in Prague from Skanska AB (publ) (OM:SKA B) for approximately €77 million on January 15, 2021. The transaction is expected to complete on first quarter of 2021. Jirí Stržínek and Markéta Tvrdá of Dentons US LLP acted as a legal advisor to Skanska AB.
