Simply, Inc. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended October 31, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was USD 16.923 million compared to USD 4.143 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 1.628 million compared to USD 1.883 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 1.447 million compared to USD 3.324 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was USD 0.13 compared to USD 3.71 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.14 compared to USD 3.28 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was USD 48.516 million compared to USD 8.598 million a year ago. Simply, Inc. has filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary Simply Mac, Inc. has separately commenced bankruptcy proceedings by filing a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The assets of the Company shall be liquidated in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code. The Company has no business operations.
