For the first quarter, the company announced sales was USD 13.943 million compared to USD 2.529 million a year ago. Operating loss was USD 2.631 million compared to USD 2.352 million a year ago. Net income was USD 10.338 million compared to net loss of USD 3.659 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was USD 0.16 compared to basic loss per share of USD 0.46 a year ago. Simply, Inc. has filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Code. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary Simply Mac, Inc. has separately commenced bankruptcy proceedings by filing a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. The assets of the Company shall be liquidated in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code. The Company has no business operations.
