Simmtech Holdings Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A036710) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,000,000 shares. The purpose of the program is to stabilize stock price and increase shareholder value. The program will be valid until May 24, 2019. As of February 25, 2019, the company had 8,282 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and 5,173 shares in treasury under other capacities.
