SII: acquisition of 100% of the capital of Metanext

SII confirms this evening the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Metanext, the two parties having signed the final closing of the operation.

A digital services company specializing in the Cloud, Metanext has sales of around 18 ME in 2021 with a team of around 160 consultants, based in Ile-de-France and Lyon, reports SII.

This operation is in line with the SII group's strategic technological diversification strategy, and will enable SII to accelerate its development in Cloud expertise and strengthen its proximity to a number of strategic key accounts.

'This operation offers commercial, geographic and business synergies that are conducive to profitable growth', confirms SII.
