Deflamo AB announced a private placement of 1,090,909 shares at a price of SEK 1.10 per share for gross proceeds of SEK 1,200,000 on January 11, 2013. The subscription period will start and end on January 11, 2013. The company has been valued at a pre-money valuation of SEK 40,000,000.

The shares will be issued to a group of people considered to have strategic importance.
