Beijing Etrol Technologies Co., Ltd. approved the election and nomination of Xu Hui, Li Chunfu, Zhang Lei, Liu Wei, Wang Bin and Wang Wenming as non-independent directors and election and nomination of Zhang Ya, Huang Xu and Hong Jinming as independent directors and Election and nomination of Li Shiqiang and Wu Hongwei as non-employee supervisors in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 10 January 2020.
