On March 4, 2022, SHUAA Partners Acquisition Corp I closed the transaction. The company issued 7,250,000 warrants for gross proceeds of $7,250,000 in the transaction of which 6,750,000 warrants were purchased by SHUAA SPAC Sponsor I LLC and 460,000 warrants were purchased by BTIG, LLC, Investment Arm and 40,000 warrants were purchased by I-Bankers Securities, Inc., Investment Arm.
