SHINYOUNG HAPPYTOMORROW NO.7 SPECIAL PURPOSE ACQUISITION COMPANY Sky007 Co,.Ltd. agreed to acquire Shinyoung HappyTomorrow No.7 Special Purpose Acquisition Company (KOSDAQ:A419270) from Bukook Securities Co., Ltd. and others for KRW2.7 billion in reverse merger transaction on September 15, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on February 28, 2024.
