Shinfox Energy Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 407.883 million compared to TWD 44.443 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 12.141 million compared to TWD 273,000 a year ago. Net income was TWD 1.723 million compared to net loss of TWD 748,000 a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.02 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.01 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 1,019.875 million compared to TWD 76.225 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 358.837 million compared to operating loss of TWD 9.347 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 264.721 million compared to net loss of TWD 15.250 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 2.47 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.19 a year ago.
Shinfox Energy Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of energy-related engineering services. The Company provides construction of renewable energy power plants, mechanical and electrical engineering, energy-saving services and equipment installation and other related turnkey projects. Engineering services include feasibility study and planning, engineering design, equipment supply, equipment production, engineering construction, construction supervision, and commissioning. Technical services include the evaluation and planning of the use of energy-saving lamps, frequency conversion technology, network monitoring, and contract power consumption, and the provision of energy-saving and emission-reduction technical services for shopping malls and department stores. The electricity sales service is to supply the produced electricity to various electricity needs, including industrial electricity and residential electricity.
