Shenzhen Textile (Holdings) Co., Ltd. at its Extraordinary General Meeting of 2018 held on 31 August 2018 approve the election of Wang Chuan as a non-independent director.
Shenzhen Textile Holdings Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of polarizers. The Company conducts its business through two segments. The Polarizer Business segment's products cover the fields of twisted nematic (TN), super twisted nematic (STN), thin film transistor (TFT), organic light-emitting diode (OLED), three-dimensional graphics (3D), dye sheets, optical films for touch screens and others, which are mainly used in televisions, laptops, navigation systems, displays, automotive, industrial control, instrumentation, smart phones, wearable devices, 3D glasses, sunglasses and other products. The Company also conducts business through the Property Leasing Business and Other Business segment. The Company is also engaged in textile business. The Company mainly conducts its business in the domestic and foreign markets.
