On November 5, 2021, Lihexing Intelligent Equipment (Jiangmen) Co., Ltd. closed the transaction. The company completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures for the capital increase, and obtained the Business License renewed by the Jiangmen Hai District Market Supervision Administration.
Shenzhen Lihexing Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of automation and intelligent equipment. The Company's main products include testing equipment and process equipment. Its testing equipment includes radio frequency testing equipment, antenna testing equipment, complete machine function testing equipment, waterproof and air tightness testing equipment, camera testing equipment and circuit board insertion loss testing equipment, among others.
