On May 30, 2012, the board of directors of Shengkai Innovations, Inc. elected Ms. Jia Lin to serve as director of the Board and chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board, effective June 1, 2012. Ms. Lin, 28, has been serving as Finance Manager of Yayi International since July 2011.
