Togo Invest Corporation agreed to acquire Togo et Shell S.A., Complexe Pétrolier de Lomé S.A. and Société Togolaise de Stockage de Lomé S.A. from Royal Dutch Shell plc (ENXTAM:RDSA) and others on January 10, 2017. Togo et Shell, 80% held by Royal Dutch Shell; Complexe Pétrolier de Lomé, 60% held by Royal Dutch Shell and Société Togolaise de Stockage de Lomé, 64% held by Royal Dutch Shell will be rebranded as non-Shell brand entities. Togo Invest Corporation completed the acquisition of Togo et Shell S.A., Complexe Pétrolier de Lomé S.A. and Société Togolaise de Stockage de Lomé S.A. from Royal Dutch Shell plc (ENXTAM:RDSA) and others on January 12, 2017.
