Shanghai Yunrong Real Estate Co., Ltd. signed the contract to acquire Shanghai No.7 Cotton & Textile Factory from Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd (SHSE:600626) for approximately CNY 340 million on January 21, 2020. As reported on February 19, 2020, Shanghai Shenda Co., Ltd obtained the property rights transaction certificate issued by Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange and received the full payment for this transaction.
