Shanghai GenTech Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688596) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 120 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 33.1 per share. The company will use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase its shares. The program is valid for 12 months.
On July 20, 2022, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 33.10 per share to CNY 32.96 per share.
