SFS Group AG (SWX:SFSN) agreed to acquire Truelove & Maclean Inc. from Richard Bouffard on March 16, 2020. T&M will become part of the Automotive division within the Engineered Components segment. The Truelove & Maclean will continue to operate in Watertown under the strong stewardship of previous owner and Chief Executive Officer Richard Bouffard and their seasoned management team. T&M generated sales of about $36 million in 2019. Closing is expected until end of March 2020. Leonard LaPorta, Jr. of Pickwick Capital Partners, LLC acted as the financial advisor, Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP acted as general counsel and Kimball, Paris & Gugliotti, P.C. acted as an accountant for Truelove & Maclean.
