Bio Nicsgene Co.,Ltd. agreed to acquire 0.1% stake in Snake Eyes Co., Ltd.

Bio Nicsgene Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A222810) agreed to acquire 0.1% stake in Snake Eyes Co., Ltd. on January 2, 2019. The consideration for the transaction and related transaction is KRW 1 billion which shall be paid in cash. As per the transaction terms, Bio Nicsgene is to acquire 2,000 shares of Snake Eyes. Post completion of the transaction and related transaction, Bio Nicsgene shall own the entire stake in Snake Eyes. In the related transaction, Bio Nicsgene shall subscribe to 2 million new shares of Snake Eyes. The board of Bio Nicsgene passed a resolution for the transaction on January 2, 2019. The transaction completion is scheduled for January 3, 2019.
