Establishment of the Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee

San Potito Sannitico 15 November 2022 - Seri Industrial S.p.A. ("the Company") has assigned a news scope of responsibilities for sustainability topics to the former internal Control and Risk Committee, and also approved its renaming to "Control, Risk and Sustainability Committee" ("the Committee").

The Committee will provide support to the Board of Directors on strategy, policy, positioning, and reporting with regard to sustainability topics.

This change is in line with the path, which the Company has been working on for more than 20 years, to strengthen the integration of sustainability topics into the business model and operational choices, in order to support the energy and ecological transition.

It should be noted that the Committee is composed of four non-executive directors in the persons of Roberto Maviglia (as Chairman), Annalisa Cuccaro, Fabio Borsoi and Manuela Morgante. For more information, please refer to the press release issued on May 25, 2022.
