Seong-An Synthetics Co., Ltd. acquired 2% stake in Seong An co., Ltd (KOSE:A011300) from Joo-Hee Park for approximately KRW 940 million on July 24, 2013. Seong-An Synthetics Co., Ltd. is acquiring 1.1 million shares of Seong An co., Ltd representing 2% stake and paying KRW 852 per share.
Seong-An Synthetics Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition 2% stake in Seong An co., Ltd (KOSE:A011300) from Joo-Hee Park on July 24, 2013.
Seong An Materials Co Ltd, formerly SEONGAN CO., Ltd., is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of polyester fabrics.
